TekSynap has successfully completed the ISO 20000 certification upgrade. After a successful transition assessment from ISO 20000:2011, TekSynap is now ISO 20000:2018 compliant. ISO 20000:2018 provides requirements for an organization to establish, implement, maintain and continually improve a service management system (SMS). The requirements include planning, design, transition, delivery and improvement of services to meet the service requirements and deliver value. ISO 20000:2018 compliance ensures government and commercial customers that TekSynap provides high-quality services while adhering to international standards.
TekSynap holds ISO 9001:2015, ISO 27001:2013, CMMI for Services, CMMI for Development and now ISO 20000:2018 certifications. Striving to continually improve, TekSynap is currently preparing to achieve Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) v1.0 in the near future.
