Warren McQueen joined TekSynap in 2014 and brings more than 35 years of distinguished leadership in defense and federal IT operations. A proud U.S. Marine Corps veteran, Warren drives mission success through innovation, strategic execution, and technical excellence across the Department of Defense (DoD) and Department of Justice (DoJ). Warren has overseen a portfolio of large-scale programs supporting over 300 professionals and more than $70 million in annual revenue. He leads TekSynap’s delivery for the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) under a 10-year, $435 million single-award IDIQ, one of TekSynap’s flagship contracts, where his teams provide secure network operations, cybersecurity, and enterprise IT solutions across NIPRNet, SIPRNet, and JWICS environments worldwide. Warren previously led large-scale enterprise transport projects for the Joint Service Provider (JSP) and Plans, Programs, and Engineering (PPE) at the Air Force Pentagon Communications Agency (AFPCA) (now Air Force National Capital Region (AFNCR)), delivering enterprise network, cybersecurity, and communications solutions supporting critical Pentagon and National Capital Region missions. Warren’s leadership combines operational precision with visionary strategy. He has directed capture and delivery efforts totaling more than $650 million in federal contract awards, including major enterprise programs for the DoD, FBI, and DOJ, where he managed performance under the FBI IT Triple S ($30B BPA) and DOJ ITSS-4 ($1.1B IDIQ) contracts. His proven ability to align people, process, and technology consistently delivers measurable results, on time, within budget, and in support of national mission objectives. A trusted mentor and respected technical leader, Warren is dedicated to developing the next generation of federal IT professionals. He fosters a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation across TekSynap’s teams, strengthening customer partnerships and advancing mission readiness. Warren holds a Master of Science in Management Information Systems and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems. He maintains active certifications including Project Management Professional (PMP), ITIL v4 Master, Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP), and Certified SCRUM Master (CSM), and holds an active Top Secret / SCI clearance.
