Troy Walter

Mr. Troy Walter, is a Vice President of Operations with over 26 years’ experience working in the information technology and services industry. His experience includes Business Development, Capture Management, managing P&L and portfolios for the Department of Justice (DOJ) and Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), United States Intelligence Community (IC), and Department of War (DoW) programs with responsibility for an annual budget of $40M. Troy is responsible for the Business Development, Capture Management, and P&L on the FBI ITSSS-2 BPA. He was responsible for the P&L management of the FBI’s $30B Information Technology Supplies and Support Services (FBI IT Triple S) BPA, DOJ’s $1.1B ITSS-4 IDIQ, and DIA’s $12.6B SITE III contracts. Mr. Walter holds a BS in Computer Networking, and a Master of Business Administration degree. He is a certified PMP and a veteran of the U.S. Navy.
