Tad Laszewski

Tad Laszewski serves as TekSynap’s Director of the Government-Wide Acquisition Contract Program Management Office (GWAC PMO), responsible for managing, scaling, and driving growth across the company’s portfolio of contract vehicles. These GWACs and IDIQs include Alliant 3, OASIS+, and GSA Multiple Award Schedules. He serves as an interface with federal customers, partners, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders and ensures compliance with FAR/DFARS and contract requirements. He aligns opportunities with corporate growth objectives to maximize the company’s overall task order response and win rate. He provides strategic leadership while collaborating with business development, capture, proposals, pricing, solutions, and operations teams in supporting pipeline growth and execution. He establishes standardized PMO processes, tools, reporting, and best practices and focuses on promoting continuous improvement, scalability, and operational efficiency across the PMO.

Tad brings over 30 years of Government Contracting experience serving a wide range of companies. Prior to joining TekSynap, he served for over two decades with General Dynamics Information Technology’s GWAC Center, where he managed and supported dozens of major GWACs/IDIQs and was responsible for leading team operations. Prior to that, Tad served as Program Manager for a $2.3M annual contract that provided systems and logistics engineering, quality assurance, technical documentation, and financial support to a major Naval Sea Systems Acquisition Program. He also provided support to a major Naval Air Systems Acquisition Program through all phases of system development, test and evaluation, production planning and management, acquisition, and integration.

Tad served as a Major in the U.S. Army Reserve Corps of Engineers, where he initiated, developed, managed, and assessed projects ranging in scope from minor repairs to planning, cost estimating, and construction. Over 19 years, he supervised or planned operations for units ranging in size from 35 to over 500 personnel in the continental United States, Europe, and Central America.

Tad earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Tad resides in Virginia with his wife and four children and enjoys volunteering to support their activities.
