With nearly a decade of experience in government contracting, Sarah Keiper, Director of TekSynap’s Civilian portfolio, brings a unique blend of talent acquisition experience and hands-on contract support to the team. Starting as a recruiter, Sarah was quickly drawn to TekSynap’s innovative and mission-focused approaching to delivering IT services. That initial spark led to a dynamic career progression, taking on increasing responsibilities across multiple Federal agencies and deepening her understanding of customer needs in the federal space.
Sarah is committed to building strong teams, driving results and supporting the successful delivery of IT solutions that align with mission goals. Known for her adaptability and collaborative spirit, she continues to play a key role in advancing TekSynap’s impact in the government technology sector.
Personal Background & Passions
When Sarah is not working, she enjoys spending time outdoors — cycling, skiing and hiking whenever she gets the chance. A lifelong learner, she believes strongly in investing in education and continually expanding her knowledge. She earned her bachelor’s degree from James Madison University, a master’s degree from Marymount University, and is currently pursuing a PhD in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at Liberty University. A proud Philadelphia Eagles fan, she never misses a chance to cheer on her team — Go Birds!
