Michele Daigle is a Senior Director at TekSynap with more than 30 years of experience supporting and modernizing information technology systems for the Department of the Interior (DOI). She is known for her ability to align strategic vision with effective execution, ensuring initiatives deliver measurable results and long-term mission value.
With extensive experience supporting DOI IT systems, Michele brings deep expertise in systems integration, enterprise program management, and operational excellence. She has led high-performing teams responsible for modernizing legacy platforms, improving operational efficiency, and delivering scalable technology solutions that support critical agency missions.
Throughout her career, Michele has successfully guided teams through significant technological and organizational change, strengthening service delivery while fostering strong collaboration among technical and business stakeholders. Her clear communication, strategic insight, and collaborative leadership style have made her a trusted advisor and respected organizational leader.
Michele holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Louisiana State University and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). Outside of work, she actively supports her South Louisiana community through volunteer efforts assisting local schools and elderly residents. She is based in Metairie, Louisiana.
