Director of Quality and Facility Security Officer
Ms. Kaitlyn Eber is the Director of Quality and Facility Security Officer.
With 10+ years’ experience in Government contracting, Ms. Eber specializes in process improvement, security and attention-to-detail. She is responsible for creating and executing processes and strategies that align with TekSynap’s mission and our growing portfolio of certifications.
Ms. Eber is responsible for creating and implementing personnel and facility security measures. Ms. Eber and her team ensure TekSynap and Government information and property are safe and secure.
Under her leadership, TekSynap has achieved and maintained ISO 9001:2015, ISO 27001:2022, ISO 28000:2022, ISO 20000-1:2018, ISO 22301:2019, NSF/ANSI 391.1, CMMI-SVC ML5, CMMI-DEV ML5 and CMMI-SEC ML5.
Ms. Eber holds a Bachelor of Arts in English and Media Arts and Design from James Madison University.
