Julie Ennis

Julie Ennis joined our team in February 2015 to assume the role of Senior Vice President of the Bid and Proposal Center. Julie has more than 27 years of experience identifying, capturing, and winning large scale, high value federal government contract vehicles and programs. Throughout her career spanning the capture, proposal, and technical writing fields for large and small organizations across socio economic categories, she has maintained an impressive win rate approaching 75%. Well versed in the entire business development, capture, and proposal lifecycles, Julie’s focus and passion are winning large, complex, game-changing federal awards that represent substantial market expansion for the company. During her tenure, Julie has played a key role in garnering numerous vehicles for TekSynap to deliver industry-leading services and solutions to the public sector and achieve targeted growth objectives. She holds a bachelor’s in physics and master’s in English.
