Henry Tragle

Henry I. Tragle, II is the Senior Vice President of Integration Services at TekSynap, where he leads the strategy and execution of integrated IT solutions for federal customers. With over 26 years of experience in the federal IT sector, Henry is known for his passion and ability to lead collaborative teams, build strong OEM partnerships, drive growth, and deliver successful results in complex mission environments.

Henry began his career at the Pentagon, supporting AT&L, C3I, and executives in OSD, including the Secretary of Defense, William Cohan. He went on to hold leadership roles at Marconi/Ericsson, Foundry Networks/Brocade, HPE Aruba, and Iron Bow Technologies, providing solutions to various critical DOD customers, including the Army, Intelligence Agencies, DISA, and 4th Estate. He received a B.S. in Business from Longwood University and has earned numerous accolades and IT certifications throughout his profession.

Outside of work, Henry is a 10-time All-American triathlete and multi-time Ironman World Championship competitor. He volunteers as a Level 3 Certified Swim Official for VHSL, coaches endurance athletes, and serves on the Board at AFCEA DC. Henry resides in Northern Virginia with his wife and two sons.
