Chief Growth Officer

Fabian Plath leads TekSynap’s enterprise growth activities, including business development, capture, solutions, and pipeline strategy. He also leads the company’s corporate development strategy to accelerate growth through targeted investments and acquisitions.

Fabian is a senior executive with over 2 decades of experience in growth and operations, leading teams of professionals to develop and execute on corporate growth strategy and value creation. He has extensive background in mergers and acquisitions, with his first successful exit in 2017, followed by active involvement in sell side and buy side activity. In his last two roles, he led growth for private equity backed firms where he was responsible for evaluating over 30 acquisitions targets, with six successful acquisitions completed.

Fabian has a solid track record on driving growth within the federal sector. Most recently he was Chief Growth Officer (CGO) at Tria Federal. Prior to this role, he was CGO at Tyto Athene, and held key leadership roles at General Dynamics IT (GDIT), CSRA, and NES Associates. He is a decisive and creative leader and his tenure at various industry leading companies underscores his deep understanding of federal contracting and his ability to secure significant organic growth coupled with M&A to meet organizational goals.

Fabian volunteers through American Corporate Partners (ACP) where he mentors active-duty and retiring military members and veterans to fulfill their career aspirations after serving in the military. He also support Veterans Moving Forward, a non-profit for the training of service dogs for veterans with PTSD and other living challenges.

Fabian earned a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from Duquesne University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Evansville.
