Bianca Berrios serves as the Senior Vice President of TekSynap’s Civilian Portfolio, bringing more than 25 years of experience across federal contracting, program delivery, and organizational leadership. Since joining TekSynap in 2020, she has advanced the company’s commitment to delivering exceptional service and mission-focused outcomes. Bianca has driven consistent year-over-year portfolio growth, expanded key federal civilian accounts, and strengthened TekSynap’s reputation for responsive, high-quality delivery. She is widely recognized for building and empowering high-performing teams—growing Civilian delivery organizations by more than 40%—and for fostering strong, enduring customer partnerships.
Bianca’s career includes senior leadership roles such as Chief Business Officer, Vice President, Senior Director, and Portfolio Leader supporting both defense and federal civilian agencies. She has directed large-scale portfolios and led diverse program teams responsible for delivering innovative solutions across multiple mission areas.
Her career began while in college at Cable & Wireless, where she discovered her passion for technology and program leadership. Through hands-on experience and continuous learning, she progressed into roles of increasing responsibility and strategic impact. Bianca holds an undergraduate degree from George Mason University and an MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill—credentials that underscore her dedication to operational excellence, professional growth, and informed leadership.

Born in Spain and raised in Northern Virginia, Bianca has balanced a distinguished federal contracting career with raising three daughters. A lifelong soccer enthusiast and dedicated FC Barcelona supporter, she spent 15 years coaching youth soccer, extending her passion for mentorship into the community.
Bianca is also committed to service beyond her professional role. For more than five years, she has supported young parents and scholars through mentorship and sponsorship with Generation Hope. Whether serving customers, supporting her community, or investing in her family, Bianca is driven by a core commitment to empowering people and creating pathways for future success.
