Capture Manager - Intelligence

Anthony Kuhn brings more than 36 years of dedicated service to the Department of War (DoW), the Intelligence Community (IC), and national security stakeholders. An Army veteran and formerly a federal employee, he has built a career spanning senior leadership roles in intelligence analysis, IT program management, and innovation development—giving him a rare, comprehensive perspective across technical, operational, and business domains. Throughout his military and civilian service, he has consistently delivered high‑quality intelligence, strategic guidance, and operational insight supporting missions across CENTCOM, EUCOM, and AFRICOM. Mr. Kuhn spent over a decade in senior positions at the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), including Supervisory Intelligence Officer, IT Senior Program Manager, and Chief of Innovation Services in the Chief Technology Office (CTO), as well as Innovation Program Manager under the DIA Deputy Director.

As a SITE II Program Manager and Certified Capture Manager at TekSynap, he leads high‑value pursuits across the DIA and DoW landscape, shaping strategies for a multibillion‑dollar pipeline and strengthening competitive positioning through disciplined capture processes, technical collaboration, and executive engagement.
