Adla Dajani

Adla Dajani is TekSynap’s Vice President for Foreign Affairs, overseeing the company’s Department of State portfolio, including the Evolve FC4 Network and Telecommunication Services and Evolve FC5 Customer and End User Support Services efforts. She leads with an operator’s mindset, focused on disciplined execution, customer trust, and measurable outcomes.

With more than 20 years of experience supporting Foreign Affairs and international development missions, Adla has worked across the Department of State, USAID, MCC, DFC, the United Nations, and the World Bank. She is known for strong client relationships and a straightforward delivery philosophy: commit only to what can be achieved, then execute with consistency and accountability.

Before joining TekSynap, Adla held leadership roles supporting Foreign Affairs programs from both operational and business development perspectives, including nearly 18 years with EDS and HP Enterprise Services, followed by roles at Acuity and Alpha Omega. Across these assignments, she built teams, improved performance, and helped customers advance complex mission objectives.

Adla holds an MBA from The George Washington University and a BA from Georgetown University in International Economics and Arab Studies. She is PMP and ITIL v4 certified and fluent in English and Arabic. Proficient in French and Spanish.
