TekSynap believes it’s an honor and obligation to give back as both private and corporate citizens. Each year, through corporate and in-kind giving, event participation and employee volunteerism, we support a wide range of local charities, technology initiatives and community organizations. Our philanthropic efforts reach a diverse set of causes driven by our employees, customers and the communities in which we live.
Each year, TekSynap supports children and families facing financial hardship through two holiday giving programs at local childcare centers. In 2025, these efforts provided 94 winter coats and over 100 toys, helping children stay warm and experience the holiday season with dignity, choice, and care.
Each year, TekSynap proudly co-sponsors the National Disabled Veterans Winter Sports Clinic, helping veterans with severe disabilities rediscover independence, resilience, and confidence through adaptive sports and rehabilitation. In partnership with Disabled American Veterans (DAV) and the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, this effort reflects our commitment to service, dignity, and community impact.

Through these partnerships TekSynap will help promote a more diverse and inclusive workforce by creating more opportunities for careers in business and technology. TekSynap is committed to providing funding and support for curriculum development, technology certification sponsorships, and internship opportunities. By making this commitment, TekSynap will provide HBCU students with opportunities to gain real-world experience and identify career paths in the tech industry fields.
